Hi there, we are Pete and Fleur and since 2018 we’ve guided weekend retreats and Nature based experiences. Combining our joint skills and expertise we are passionate about helping our guests reconnect with the natural world and in doing so, with themselves. Our guests say that being guided by us is a truly an amazing experience and our dedication for, and love of all things wild is infectious. Guests say they feel calmer and less stressed as a result of attending one of our events. Often we hear that they feel something has shifted for them. This is the power of nature connection. ‘Nature Escapes’ events are also a social affair with the opportunity to make new friends with like minded people and have lots of fun!

At Nature Escapes we strive to help people live calmer, happier and healthier lives by immersing themselves in, and reawakening a love of nature and the great outdoors; wide open spaces, changing scenery, vast landscapes, open sky, nature at its very best. We are passionate about what we do and feel immense gratitude to be able to live out our dream.

We believe that there is something for everyone at Nature Escapes regardless of age or ability. Eco-Nidra™ can help us to unwind, relax, let go and feel a sense of peace, even if we are new to meditation or have never meditated before. Eco Nidra™ is different from other meditations as we reconnect ourselves with Nature, a relationship which we have lost in the busyness of the fast past technological age. When we connect with Nature we connect with our own inner nature and begin to remember who we are, that we too are part of the world in which we live along side all other beings.
